     Many people have unbearable stress, unhappiness and lack of direction in their lives, others have chronic pain that has not responded to traditional methods of medical care. Many years ago, Jeff Wasserman perfected a method to integrate Life Coaching and Bodywork to offer an natural alternative to solving these problems.

     Jeff is a Master Life Coach, Personal Life Trainer, Master Bodyworker and a Professional Massage Therapist. While working with Life Coaching clients, he found that many clients were holding onto old thought patterns. While working as a Massage Therapist, he found that many clients needed direction in their life, they needed a process to release the past and create the future.

     There are many great coaching processes and touch therapies, but none integrate both concepts. Jeff experimented with therapies like the Rosen Method of Massage, which is great to help you release emotional pains from the past. It did not help clients create a life of their dreams.

     After testing many concepts and ideas, Jeff found that traditional methods of Massage and Life Coaching were not enough. Jeff realized he would need to use advanced bodywork techniques along with advanced coaching methods to achieve the results he desired.

     After many months of perfecting his technique, Jeff started to offer his new natural alternative, soon clients were calling asking for "Relief." Jeff named his new process, Relief Therapy. It offers relief to clients with physical and emotional pain. It is truly the first therapy offered to connect the mind and body using life coaching and bodywork.

     In 2003, Jeff Wasserman founded Life Coach College, offering life coach training. LCC offers a program specifically designed for chiropractors, massage therapist, reflexologist ,acupuncturist and other alternative health professionals.
