Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Jeff Wasserman and I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Reflexolgist and a Master Life Coach. Male Therapy is a unique combination of mind and body services designed specifically for men.

How Transformational Healing differs from traditional mental health therapy?

Transformational Healing is client-centered. The client drives the sessions and determines the steps and the pace.

Transformation Healing is dynamic with the healer playing an interactive role, including making active suggestions, giving advice and integrating bodywork into the sessions.

Transformational Healing is collaborative rather than hierarchical. The healer and the client are equal parts of the team.

Transformational Healing is independence-oriented and empowerment focused. The clients is not dependant on the healer.

Transformational Healing is healing, not pathologizing. Sometimes it involves promoting healing of an emotional wound, without labeling it as wrong , bad or shameful.

Transformational Healing is unique in that each session is specifically designed for that client.

Transformational Healing focuses on personalized education, rather than fitting the client into a therapeutic program or theory.

Transformational Healing is psycho educational.

Transformational Healing focuses on in person skill development as well as personal assignments between sessions.

Transformational Healing is flexible in length and frequency of sessions.

Transformational Healing
Each session is unique and designed with the male client in mind.
Clients will experience a hands on approach to healing. This includes Relief Therapy, a form of touch therapy whereby the practitioner places his hands on the clients body to determine where the body is holding onto past experiences. Once the location is determined, the practitioner will use verbal communication to assist the client to resolve these problems and issues.

The healing process follows the following steps:

Discussion of your feelings:
How do you feel right now? How would you like to feel right now? How do you feel when things are the worst?

What emotions are you experiencing due to your feelings?
What emotions are present at this time? What emotions make you the happiest? What emotions are present when you are feeling your worst?

When you feel bad, and these emotions are present, What do you do? How do you act or react?
What actions or behaviors are present when you react to these emotions?

What childhood behaviors lead to your actions?
When you discover your actions and reactions, what childhood learned behaviors leads you to act this way?

What behaviors could lead to healing?
When you see the dynamics that are occurring, what new learned behaviors will lead to healing? This is where the coach comes in. The coaching process will lead you to learning new and better methods of living your life.
