     Life Coaches are trained to help you remove obstacles in your life and help you build a better future, Master Life Coaches are trained to look at the big picture. Master Life Coaches are more experienced and not only help improve your life but teach you a new way to approach challenges.

     In my coaching I use many little stories and analogies. One store comes to mind. In the spring I was planting a vegetable garden with my children. When the plants grew, my girls asked me if I knew what each plant was, I told them I did. They asked how I knew what each plant was and I told them that you grow what you plant or get what you ask for. If I had planted onions, I would have onions. You can't plant onions and expect to get tomatoes?

     The moral to this story is, if you have a happy day today, you will have a happy day tomorrow. If you have a bad day today, don't expect a happy day tomorrow, just like planting the seeds. So now is the time to plant a "happy seed" in your life.
